The HDMI Ext2 says it has EDID learning but there is no switch on the unit and no instructions or mention of it in the manual. It did not detect my connected PC no matter what I tried.
For all extenders without EDID switches, there's direct communication between the source and display to obtain EDID. There are no pre-configured EDIDs programmed within our product. Please send us an email to support@gofanco.com with your full setup and we'll work with you to identify the issues.
