How do I submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)?

1. Send an email to sales@gofanco.com, for all return inquiries, with the following information:
- Order ID
- Part Number and quantity
- Reason for return
- Condition of product (Upload photo)
2. A representative will be in contact with you to guide you through the rest of the return process.
3. Once the product is received and evaluated, a refund will be initiated immediately to your original form of payment. It usually takes around 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.
