How can I find out if there is a firmware update available?
If there's a firmware available, visit this link https://www.gofanco.com/downloads, and type in the product's part#. We currently have no firmware update for this product. If you're having problems with our product, please send our support team (support@gofanco.com) an email detailing the issues.
